Welcome to WOW Networks Limited (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By subscribing to or using our fiber optic internet services (“Service”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Overview

WOW Networks Limited provides high-speed fiber optic internet connectivity to residential customers in Abuja, Nigeria. The Service includes internet access and related support as agreed in your service plan.

2. Eligibility

• At least 18 years old.
• Residing in an area within our coverage in Abuja.
• Capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Installation & Equipment

• We will install the required fiber optic infrastructure, including ONT (Optical Network Terminal) and related equipment.
• All equipment remains the property of WOW Networks Limited, unless purchased outright.
• You must not tamper with or relocate the equipment without written permission.

4. Service Plans & Billing

• Internet plans, speeds, and pricing are outlined on our official website or service brochures.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• Payments are due by the billing date; late payments may result in suspension or termination of service.
• We reserve the right to update pricing with prior notice.

5. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

• To ensure network quality for all users:
• Excessive or abusive use may lead to throttling or suspension.
• Unlawful downloads, distribution of copyrighted content, or network abuse is strictly prohibited.

6. Service Availability

• While we aim for 99.9% uptime, service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors.
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

7. User Responsibilities

• Use the service lawfully and in accordance with Nigerian laws.
• Not resell or share the service with third parties unless authorized.
• Keep your login credentials and network secure.
• Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized access or service faults.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the service with 7 days written notice. Early termination fees may apply if within a contract period.
• We may suspend or terminate service immediately if:
• You breach these terms.
• You engage in fraud or illegal activity.
• Your payment is overdue by more than 14 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

• WOW Networks Limited shall not be liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, profits, or revenue.
• Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal data according to our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of competent jurisdiction in Abuja.
